ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
The FIA Innovation Challenge is an annual initiative that celebrates the creativity and forward-thinking spirit of FIA Mobility Member Clubs. Launched in 2024, the Challenge highlights projects that improve mobility services, strengthen community impact, and help Clubs better serve their members in an evolving world.
Each year, Clubs worldwide submit innovative ideas; ranging from new services and digital tools to operational improvements, partnerships, or community programmes. The most promising initiatives are recognised first at the regional level and then globally during the FIA General Assemblies.

SELECTION AND RECOGNITION PROCESS
The FIA Innovation Challenge follows a two-step evaluation process designed to recognise outstanding initiatives at both regional and global levels.
STEP 1: SELECTION OF THE 12 REGIONAL CHAMPIONS
All eligible submissions are first reviewed within each of the four FIA Mobility Regions by dedicated Regional Selection Committees. These committees assess the projects based on their relevance, impact, and potential to inspire other Clubs.
In each Region, three Champions are selected and formally recognised during their respective Regional Congress held throughout the year.
STEP 2: SELECTION OF THE 4 GLOBAL WINNERS
The twelve Regional Champions then move forward to the global stage. A Global Judging Panel evaluates these initiatives to identify four Global Winners, one from each Region.
These Winners are celebrated during the FIA Annual General Assemblies Week in December, highlighting their contribution to innovation across the global Mobility network.
