The FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme helps motor sport and mobility stakeholders worldwide measure and improve their environmental performance. It provides a consistent Environmental Management System (EMS) and a three-level framework. The framework draws on the principles of established environmental management standards including ISO 14001 and ISO 20121, against which stakeholders can assess their progress and accredit their activities.

The levels run from One to Three-stars and are designed to accommodate all FIA stakeholders and to encourage steady progression. Each level is assessed against the Programme’s published requirements by independent third-party auditors.
