Our goal for this campaign was simple: make our members feel seen. We wanted to find ways to move our members' relationship with us from just transactional to relational. By blending data with creative video storytelling, we were able to create more of an emotional connection with them. This initiative allowed our members to visualise their impact over the last 12 months, reinforcing their sense of belonging as members and also helped them see that they are part of a larger community. The results have been a triumph and have provided a powerful foundation for our long‑term loyalty and retention goals.
