In response to the Pandemic, TACP launched an online service to issue International Driving Permits (IDP). With the new service, drivers can apply for a IDP online, use a wide variety of payment options, and even get their new IDP delivered to their home.

The Club also introduced a new Hubspot CRM module to enhance traceability and customer management on the platform. Following the launch of the initiative, the number of licenses issued increased by 42% and incomes increased from 39%.
