Last month, the second edition of the FIA University Region II Club Development Program took place in Singapore. Over three days, close to 30 participants from all around Region II, including the Philippines, New Zealand, Japan, Indonesia, and Australia, were treated to a full programme.

On top of sessions focusing on specific key aspects of Service Management and Business Models, such as complaint handling, customer feedback systems, service innovation and excellence, students were also given a private visit of the Singapore Airlines HQ, and various opportunities to engage in networking.
