Following the close of the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship season in Bahrain, the WEC and its LMP1 manufacturer partners Audi, Porsche and Toyota will hold an official ‘Rookie Test’ to offer up-and-coming drivers the opportunity to get behind the wheel of an LMP1 hybrid car.

Porsche sounded another warning of its scorching pace during the third and final Free Practice at Fuji this morning in readiness for the sixth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship tomorrow.

Porsche emerged fastest in the second of today’s Free Practice sessions at Fuji Speedway as the teams continue to prepare for Sunday’s sixth round of the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship.

Andre Lotterer’s time of 1m24.497s, set early in the 90-minute session, was good enough to top the times as track action got underway for Round 6 of the FIA World Endurance Championship at a warm and sunny Fuji today.
