TOR Truck Racing’s Shane Brereton finished his record-breaking campaign in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship’s GRAMMER TRUCK CUP with a dominant performance that resulted in four category wins from four races.

In first qualifying of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship during the season finale at Hockenheim, Guanyu Zhou (PREMA Theodore Racing, 1m32.335s) claimed first place.

In a session that was interrupted by a red flag period to repair a broken kerb, Sebastien Buemi set a 1m25.847 lap of the Fuji Speedway track, with the Kamui Kobayashi in the no7 Toyota just 0.534 seconds behind.

For World Sight Day (WSD) 2017, the FIA welcomed Michael Fassbender as its new #3500LIVES Global Road Safety Campaign Ambassador. Advocating for improved vision, Fassbender represents the “Check your Vision” Golden Rule for Road Safety. This year, the Federation renews its support for this international day of awareness — held annually on the second Thursday of October — to focus attention on the global issue of avoidable blindness and vision impairment.
