During the Easter weekend, the KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique rewrote the history of F1, single-seaters and legendary motor cars on the Circuit Paul Ricard. The F3 doubleheader was one of the highlights of this event. Promoted to the rank of FIA Historic Formula 3 European Cup, this F3 doubleheader was one of the most anticipated races of the year for the category. A total of 34 drivers representing 8 different nationalities took part, of which close to a third undoubtedly had their sights set on the European title.

The 2023 calendar for the FIA European Historic Rally Championship was approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council in Bologna. The championship calendar will feature nine rounds, with Greece joining the championship with the Historic Acropolis Rally in November, adding a second gravel event to the schedule for the first time.

As snow and cold temperatures gripped the east of Belgium, Jean-Jacques Martens and Aswin Pyck in the no3 Volvo PV444 ended the second day of the Ostbelgien Classic as the leading contender for the 2022 FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies after a full day of competition. The Belgian crew finished the day on 264.10 penalty points, 17.87 points ahead of the no7 BMW 2002 Ti of Patrick Lambert and Yves Noelanders.

The final entry for the Ostbelgien Classic, the host event for the 2022 FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies on the 02-04 December, will feature 50 cars, of which 15 will be competing to become this year’s FIA Trophy winners.
