Emerging Leaders Programme – 6th edition

10.03.17

The Emerging Leaders Programmes, which launched in 2013, is the FIA’s flagship course in leadership and strategy. It is a unique educational experience that aims at supporting FIA’s Mobility Clubs and ACNs to develop their full potential.

FIA, Motorsport, Mobility, Road Safety, F1, WRC, WEC, WTCC, World RX

This programme incorporates a blend of learning tools: lectures, discussions and debates, workshops, and case studies.

The 6th edition of the programme dedicated to our affiliated organisations was hosted by ESADE from 6-10 March 2017, with an agenda exploring the following topics:

  • Leadership
  • Strategy
  • Rethinking the Revenue Model
  • Change Management

The ELP was attended by 22 FIA Clubs from 10 different countries, meeting in Barcelona for a 5-day programme with lectures by Club experts and ESADE faculty, ensuring all attendees were left with valuable knowledge. As is now tradition during this programme, several social events enabled attending delegates to build strong bonds over the week, strengthening the network of FIA University alumni.

The structure of the ELP invites the participants to share their own experience on decision-making and to exchange best practices. Campus life includes unique “living groups” that are designed to encourage the interaction of the participants inside the classroom and beyond. As a result, FIA Clubs provide their high potential managers with a unique learning opportunity while building a real worldwide community of FIA ambassadors.

The Emerging Leaders Programme is specifically designed for dynamic, proactive participants keen to drive their Automobile Clubs forward.
