ATCUAE promotes child safety at federal level
12.09.17
The Automobile & Touring Club of UAE, together with the Ministry of Interior and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood (SCMC), renewed their commitment to support child seat safety, following the decision of the UAE to mandate the use of child seats as of July 2017.
With the support of the FIA Road Safety Grant Programme, ATCUAE will feature in a series of five safety videos promoting the use of child seats, which will be regularly broadcast on national TV, as part of an SCMC’s initiative.
ATCUAE also adapted the Child Restraint System (CSR) Toolkit’s brochures and posters, which are being distributed across the stakeholders’ network in English and Arabic.
