The second Competition of the CIK-FIA European KZ and KZ2 Championship promises epic battles from 21st to 23rd May on the fast track of Zuera in Spain. Also on track will be the first event for the 51 young hopefuls from around the world racing in the 2015 CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy, who will now race alongside their elders until the World Championship at Le Mans in September.

On 23rd to 25th April 2015 Japan will host the the first Competition of the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific KF Championship at the Sugo circuit. After a year's hiatus, this is the return of international Competitions to the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific region, known for it's passion for motorsport and especially Karting.

The first Competition of the CIK-FIA European KZ and KZ2 Championship, which has just ended at Sarno (ITA), enabled racing to the finish in a good sporting atmosphere which allowed the majority of Drivers to express their talent under very satisfactory conditions. Camponeschi in KZ and Fasberg in KZ2 took the lead of their Finals and settled at the top of the provisional classification of their respective Championships.

“Karting into School” is a national project established by the Federation of Automobile Sports of China, aimed at the development of motor sport for youngsters.

After an exciting 2014 season, the CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy may well be sold out this year. Of the 51 places available, many have already been filled by the 35 nations that have entered so far.

"Due to circumstances unknown to us before, we have no option but to revise the dates of the first three Events", said Vice-President Kees van de Grint after the CIK-FIA faced yet another issue with the 2015 CIK-FIA calendar.

After months of negotiations, the CIK-FIA and WSK Promotion finally agreed on the 2015 CIK-FIA Championship calendar. The calendar is still provisional as it is subject to approval by the CIK Commission and the FIA WMSC.
