MOTORSPORTS ASSOSCIATION OF MALAYSIA - Technology Transfer Apprenticeship Programme (TTAP)
01.11.25

A flagship Malaysian initiative promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in motorsport through hands-on technical training and global exposure. Founded by Jazeman Jaafar in partnership with Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific (PMAP) and EKS Motorsports, TTAP offers apprenticeships to young engineers and technicians from underrepresented backgrounds, including women and low-income groups. Since 2021, over 95 graduates have completed the programme, many now working with factory teams in Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, GT World Challenge, and WEC. TTAP demonstrates how technology transfer can drive social mobility and global competitiveness.
