The historic debut of South Africa’s first-ever round of the FIA World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC) in May 2025. The event combined elite competition with local economic development, training over 75 officials and generating R45 million for the North West Province economy. It highlighted South Africa’s organisational excellence, community upliftment, and tourism potential, while achieving full FIA compliance on safety and sustainability.
