A groundbreaking pilot programme introducing women aged 17–30 to rallying through eight experiential training days. In partnership with Rally School Australia and supported by the Queensland Government, participants gained hands-on experience in driving, co-driving, and safety under professional mentorship. Fully subsidised, the initiative removed cost barriers and inspired new female entrants into rallying, creating a scalable national model for inclusive participation.
