The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:

Hearing

Appeal lodged by Mr Candido Carrera Estévez and Mr Daniel Alonso Villarón (car No. 4) against the decision No. 1 dated 23 May 2019 of the Stewards of the 11 Rally de Asturias Histórico counting towards the 2019 FIA European Historic Sporting Rally Championship

On 23 May 2019, the FIA Eligibility Delegate submitted a report, which stated that the competitor Pravia Autocompeticion (car No. 4, Team Candido Carrera Estevez/Daniel Alonso Villaron) was not able to present his FIA Historic Technical Passport (HTP) before the start of the Rally de Asturias Histórico.  Therefore, in their decision No. 1, the Stewards decided that car No. 4 would not be allowed to start the Event as the non-presentation of the HTP constitutes a breach of Articles 4.3 and 10.1.2 of the Standard Supplementary Regulations for the Rally de Asturias counting towards the FIA European Historic Sporting Rally Championship.

On 27 May 2019, the Team Candido Carrera Estévez/Daniel Alonso Villarón decided to appeal the decision No. 1 taken by the Stewards during the Rally de Asturias.
