Formula 1 today announced that the Turkish Grand Prix will return to the FIA Formula One World Championship from 2027, with Istanbul Park confirmed on the calendar through the 2031 season following a new agreement with Türkiye’s Ministry of Youth and Sports. The FIA has announced the three FIA Region I (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Champions for the third edition of the FIA Innovation Challenge 2026 at its Spring Meeting in Budva, Montenegro. Out of 34 entries, this year’s winners are Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (ADAC, Germany), Automobile Association of Tanzania (AA, Tanzania), and the Caravan and Motorhome Club (CAMC, United Kingdom). The FIA Innovation Challenge celebrates projects from across the four FIA Mobility Regions in the Member Clubs’ network, with the FIA Region I Champions the first to be announced.
