Ever year this tailor-made 5-day programme helps FIA Member Club delegates from around the world improve their skills in leadership, strategy and change management, as well as gives them key take-aways to implement upon returning home to their Clubs.

In addition to relevant course content, the Emerging Leaders Programme provides participants with networking opportunities through social events and team-building activities.

Courses are taught by both ESADE professors and FIA Club Experts. All delegates receive a certificate upon completion of the programme.
