A pioneering academic–sport collaboration connecting education and motorsport in Croatia. CAKF partnered with the University of Zagreb to involve 150 students from diverse faculties in real rally operations during the ERC Croatia Rally 2025. Over 50 students contributed directly to event logistics and media, while 20 joined auto clubs to train as licensed officials. With 50% female participation and plans to continue into WRC 2026, the initiative is creating a national pipeline of young experts, linking academia and motorsport for sustainable human capital development.
