YOUR PARTICIPATION

The “Masters” are a festival that is open to everyone: the ASNs, the Organisers, the media, associations, whether sporting or not, to exhibitors… And to you!

Do you have entertainment to propose? Do you want to allow others to discover your own specialties? Are you an association that wishes to present its activities? Then we are waiting for you!

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with to us to enjoy the atmosphere and to organise this event.

ORGANIZING YOUR STAND

A “Fan Zone” – designed to host the entertainment, exhibitions, paying or free activities – will be set aside, in accordance with any possible directives issued by the organising club and/or the local authorities.

This space is also designed to be a place for people to wander through and for friendly and relaxed meetings between the spectators and everyone involved in the event (drivers, organisers, officials): autograph sessions could also be held there (photos, media, etc.).

This zone in which the stands are located is limited in space; an advance pre-registration with the Organisation Committee is obligatory. The Organisation Committee has the final say in the choice of stands, the entertainment, the displays and the associations accepted. It defines the locations and positions and lays down the safety, traffic and cleaning conditions.

Free Infrastructure provided: tent(s) measuring 4.5 m x 3 m.
