Jake Dennis and Felipe Drugovich finished as they'd started - with plenty of drama in-between - in the 2026 Lianxin Sanya E-Prix Round 11, sealing American team Andretti Formula E's first 1-2 in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship on the track. However, a post-race five-second penalty given to Drugovich demoted the Brazilian to fifth place, following contact with Porsche Formula E Team’s Pascal Wehrlein at Turn 9. The penalty promoted Pepe Martí (Cupra Kiro) to second and Nyck De Vries (Mahindra Racing) to the final podium space.

Prema Racing’s Kean Nakamura-Berta moved to the top of the provisional FIA Formula Regional European Championship standings with victory in an action-packed Monza opener this morning (Saturday).

Kean Nakamura-Berta qualified on pole position for the first of three FIA Formula Regional European Championship races being held during the ACI Racing Weekend event at Monza.

FIA complete seven-day candidate event, assessing Rally US preparations for potential inclusion in the FIA World Rally Championship calendar. The assessment covered sporting, safety and medical operations, including observation of an American Rally Association round and visits to proposed stages, service park and ceremonial locations in Kentucky and Tennessee. With the candidate event now complete, attention turns to the FIA’s post-event reporting process, the outcome of which will determine Rally US’s eligibility for consideration for the FIA World Rally Championship calendar by WRC Promoter.
