The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal took place yesterday in Paris:

Hearing

Case ICA-2019-08: Appeal brought by the Competitor AF Corse against Decision No. 29 dated 10 November 2019 of the Stewards of the 4 Hours of Shanghai (China), race counting towards the 2019 – 2020 FIA World Endurance Championship

Further to a report from the Technical Delegate, the Stewards of the 4 Hours of Shanghai, by Decision No.29 dated 10 November 2019, decided to disqualify car No. 51 (Competitor AF Corse, Drivers J. On 14 November 2019, AF Corse decided to appeal Decision No. 29 taken by the Stewards during the 4 Hours of Shanghai.
