President Santiago Peña will join FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem to officially open the FIA American Congress on 25 August The FIA American Congress 2025 will be held in Asunción from 25–27 August with delegates from over 20 countries. Hosted by TACPy, it precedes Paraguay’s FIA World Rally Championship debut with the WRC Rally del Paraguay. The congress will focus on “Safe Mobility and Motor Sport in the Americas,” including road safety, innovation, and new mobility technologies.
