Special rates have been negotiated for you with the four hotels listed below. Rates are per room per night, single/double occupancy, including breakfast and Internet access. Please note that all rates include taxes.

The FIA is not responsible for any direct payments to hotels. It is suggested that you reserve your hotel as soon as possible because room availability cannot be guaranteed from 1st of October 2013.

How to proceed to book your stay and benefit from the special negotiated rates?

Register for the FIA Annual General Assembly by filling in the form under REGISTRATION.
Once your registration has been done, you will receive confirmation by e-mail which will provide the contact details of the Hotels which will help you to proceed your booking in the selected hotel.
