This morning, the 2.300 kilometres long Norisring welcomed the drivers of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship with rain, but that didn’t trouble Charles Leclerc (Van Amersfoort Racing). In difficult conditions, the Monegasque rookie won from stalwarts Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin) and Felix Rosenqvist (Prema Powerteam).
