Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club d'Italia (ACI)/Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (CSAI) on behalf of its licence holder, Vergani Racing, against the decision taken by the Spanish National Court of Appeal on 11 May 2000 concerning the event in the International Series "Open Telefónica 2000" run on the Circuit of Cataluña (Spain) on 16 April 2000.
