Every year, the FIA Founding Members’ Club honours outstanding contributions to the historic vehicle world through two prestigious awards:

• The Heritage Cup - since 2010
• The Heritage Promotion Cup – launched in 2024
   

THE HERITAGE CUP
Honouring lasting impact in historic motoring

The FMC Heritage Cup celebrates a personality, institution, event, circuit, or restoration project that has had a major impact on the historic vehicle movement.

Who can win?
In 2024, the Automobile Club d’Italia received the Heritage Cup for their restoration and modernisation of the circuit of Monza to meet the most advanced safety standards while protecting its historic identity.

THE HERITAGE PROMOTION CUP
Recognising dynamic and strong commitment

Created in 2024, the Heritage Promotion Cup rewards personalities or projects that raise awareness of the automotive heritage among the wider public.

Who can win?

The Azerbaijan Automobile Federation was recognised for its Classic Cars exhibition in Baku which brought together an impressive range of classic cars from manufacturers around the world.

HOW TO APPLY?

All candidates must be nominated by an FIA Member Club.

Whether you are a person, or represent an institution, organisation or project: you can contact your local FIA Club to submit your application.

Deadline: 15 September 2025

Format: 

• Presentation in English (Word or PowerPoint – max. 10 pages/20,000 words)
• Short summary (max. 600 words)
• Optional: 3-min video
