Hosted by FIA Region I and the Drone & Vertical Mobility Academy (founded by the TCS and supported by the FIA), the webinar higlighted the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape for both professional and private drone pilots.

Webinar participants had the opportunity to discuss and exchange about innovative topics related to drones and vertical mobility:

  • Where can drones fly?
  • Are there government buildings nearby that would make a flight illegal?
  • Are there any specific rules in place where the pilot wants to take off? How high can they fly?
  • What are the common drone use cases?
  • How can I fly a drone in my country?

Other webinars will be organised during the year in relation to this new vertical mobility. Through these initiatives, the FIA and the TCS aim to help their Club Members address the challenges of tomorrow’s mobility.
