The Finn heads Volkswagen team-mate Sébastien Ogier by 32.1 seconds with Hyundai’s Dani Sordo flying the flag for the Korean manufacturer in third.

After six stages in Rally Mexico, Jari-Matti Latvala heads the field, the Finn capitalising on his advantageous road position to pull out a 21.2 second lead. Team-mate Sébastien Ogier, who briefly led last night, is second with Dani Sordo third in the Hyundai i20 WRC.

On the second day of the official FIA Formula 3 European Championship test at Vallelunga, Callum Ilott (Van Amersfoort Racing, 1:27.728 min) set the fastest lap time.
