The following documents must be completed by all personnel scheduled to attend the 2014 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 21 – 23 NOV 2014:

• Charge Card Form
• F1 2014 Visa Form

Please note that all information required in the form is mandatory, and completed for each applying individual. 

Forms must be completed and returned to Yas Marina Circuit by 30 October 2014 at the latest.

For individuals attending 2014 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX, please note that the following nationalities will not require pre-issued visit visas, and will receive an entry stamp at the airport:

With reference to those whose nationalities are not mentioned above, a pre-issued visit visa to enter the United Arab Emirates is required

Visa costs are payable to ADMM (Yas Marina Circuit) in advance, therefore please follow the instructions below to confirm your visa applications and avoid potential delays or disappointment. Please note that no charges have been applied by ADMM (Yas Marina Circuit) for the administration of your visa issuance

Required Documents

The following should be submitted only by those whose nationality requires a visa to enter the country (UAE):

1. Clear Passport copy:

·         Original Passport must be valid for at least 6 months

·         Include the page showing the issue and expiry date

2. Clear passport picture in white background:

·         Blue or other background color is not accepted and will be rejected immediately

3. 100% Advance Payment

·         Payment can be made by credit card or via wire transfer to our bank account as per the attached documents.

Note:

• Visit visa is valid only for one entry in UAE; once the visa holder exits from UAE, visa will no longer be valid and accepted by the immigration.
• Please make sure to submit all the required documents by the deadline to avoid delay in processing visas; on the other hand, ADMM will not be liable for any delays caused due to incomplete documentations submitted
• The form attached (labeled Visa Form) must be fully completed with all details of attendees who requires pre-issued visa.
