The life of Sir Jack Brabham will be celebrated with a parade of his eponymous cars at Brands Hatch this Sunday, May 25th.

As part of the Masters Historic Festival, a parade of Brabham single-seaters and sports cars will take place to mark the death of the motor racing legend, who sadly passed away at the weekend.

With the Brabham marque already represented in the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship and the FIA Lurani Trophy for Formula Junior cars, there will already be a number of cars at Brands Hatch. Brabham owners are also being contacted to invite them and their machinery to join the tribute.

Rachel Bailey, Masters Historic Racing Event Manager said: “Sir Jack Brabham was a hugely significant figure in motor racing, whose achievements can never be under-estimated. While Masters Historic Racing offers its condolences to the Brabham family, we would like to remember him by showcasing many of the cars that he created, raced and won with.

“Or friends at the HGPCA and the Historic Formula Junior Association are helping to provide a fitting parade of Brabhams for a true hero of the sport.”
