Hearing of Tuesday 7 October 2003 in Paris

Appeal brought by the Federaçao Portuguesa de Automobilismo e Karting (FPAK), on behalf of its competitor, Mitsubishi Motors of Portugal S.A., against the decision taken by the Stewards of the Meeting of the Rallye d’Orient at 12.30 hrs on 16 August 2003 and notified to the competitor Mitsubishi at 12.45 hrs, concerning the Rallye d’Orient (Cappadocia) event which took place from 10 to 16 August 2003, counting towards the 2003 FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies.
