Fostering Talent 

This year’s global programmes will start with the 12th edition of the FIA University Emerging Leaders Programme that will be held at ESADE Business School in Madrid from 2 to 6 October 2023.  

Building upon the programme's successful track record since 2013, it will offer a focused and comprehensive learning experience to FIA Members’ young leaders. 

The five-day tailor-made edition will help them strengthen their skills and reinforce their ability to contribute to reaching the strategic objectives of their organisations.  

Through a combination of intensive learning, interactive lectures, and experiential sessions young leaders from Member Clubs across the world will learn how to successfully drive change and create added value for their members. 

The programme will also include social events and networking opportunities for participants to build the most out of the FIA global network.  

Nurturing Expertise 

For the fifth time this year, FIA Clubs’ top-tier executives are invited to join the FIA University Senior Executive Programme that will take place from 16-18 October 2022 at the Ivy League Columbia Business School in New York. 

The programme will aim to help participants build the necessary skills and knowledge to address the crucial challenges they are facing today. Classes taught by expert Columbia University faculty will give FIA Members Senior Leaders the tools to improve agility in both operations and strategic planning and present innovative approaches fostering creative thinking.  

Participants will also exchange experience and ideas during networking sessions and social events. 

Registrations are open to FIA Member Organisations only.
