Asia-Pacific Rally Championship

SEASON 2024

Asia-Pacific Rally Championship

Since 1998, the FIA Asia-Pacific Rally Championship (APRC) has provided a platform for drivers and teams from the region and those travelling from further afield to showcase their skills on international-standard events.

Because of the significant geographical spread of rallies and to ensure as many competitors as possible can take part, the APRC is split into two separate divisions – the FIA APRC Asia Cup and the FIA APRC Pacific Cup – each featuring a maximum of five events.

At the end of the season, a winner-takes-all finale contested by drivers from the Asia Cup and Pacific Cup takes place to decide the winners of the FIA Asia-Pacific Rally Championship for Drivers and Co-Drivers, the FIA APRC3 Championship for Drivers and Co-Drivers and the FIA Junior APRC Championship for Drivers. For 2023, the Danau Toba Rally in Indonesia has the honour of hosting the FIA APRC Final.

The 2023 Asia Cup includes events in China, Japan, India and Indonesia, while the 2023 Pacific Cup is made up of rallies in Australia, Japan and New Zealand.

Rally2, Rally3, Rally4 and Rally5 cars plus cars homologated or approved for use by the ASN of a country hosting a round of the APRC can take part and score points in the APRC Cups and APRC Final. FIA Junior APRC is for drivers 28 and under on January 1, 2023, entered in any permitted car.
