The Esport pathway of FIA Rally Star’s mass detection phase offered the most flexible and space-efficient format to select talented drivers. This growing approach of identifying rally talents highlights the innovative, accessible, and inclusive principles that FIA Rally Star was built on.

Partnering with pioneers behind some of the most advanced rally simulator hardware and software allowed us to provide ASNs on each continent with the equipment needed to organize Digital Challenges. Thrustmaster’s wheelbases, pedals and handbrakes mounted on premium rally cockpits by Playseat offered the most authentic and immersive experience to all drivers tackling the exclusive virtual stage on WRC 9 behind the wheel of our M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally3 car.

These selection events focused on reaching the underrepresented demographics of the sport. Simulators were made accessible at school campuses, shopping malls, motorsport events, car dealerships and arcade rooms for candidates to attempt a competitive stage time for a chance to win a seat at the Continental Finals.
