Appeal brought by the ACCR (Autoclub of the Czech Republic) on behalf of its licence-holder Buggyra International Racing System against the decision handed down by the Spanish National Court of Appeal on 22 October 2007 concerning the event run at Jarama (Spain) on 7 October 2007 and counting towards the 2007 FIA European Truck Racing Championship.
