Appeal brought by the Automobile Club d’Italia - Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI-CSI) on behalf of its licence-holder Minardi F1 Team against decision n° 8 taken by the Stewards of the Meeting on 4 March 2005 at the Australian Grand Prix counting towards the 2005 FIA Formula One World Championship.
