Appeal brought by the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) on behalf of its competitor, Barwa Rally Team, against Decision N° 3 taken by the Panel of Stewards on 30 July 2009 concerning the Acropolis Rally of Greece 2009, counting towards the 2009 FIA Production World Rally Championship.
