Appeal brought by the Austrian Automobile Club (ÖAMTC) on behalf of its licence-holder, the driver Robert Lechner, against the two decisions handed down by the German National Court of Appeal on 1 July 2003 concerning the event entitled “International 31st ADAC Zurich 24 Hours” run on the Nürburgring circuit.
