HRRT – Stanislaw and Anna Postawka Win the 2021 FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies

The final day of the Rally Poland Historic saw a tight battle at the head of the leader board between the Polish entered no1 FSO of Father and Daughter team Stanislaw and Anna Postawka and the no4 VW Golf 1 GTI of Ilya Kashin and Boris Kostyrko from Russia.

At the end of the fourth Leg of the rally, which concluded at the Tauron Arena in Krakow on Saturday evening after a gruelling three days covering 968.6km of Polish roads, the no1 FSO finished with a total of 486.4 points, just 31.1 points ahead of the no4 Golf, the Russian team finishing on 571.5 points.  

This gives Stanislaw and Anna Postawka a home win and they join a very select group of competitors as they become the latest recipients of the FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies.

The third placed HRRT eligible car was the no27 Lancia Fulvia Coupe of Maciej Trzebiatowski and Izabella Trzebiatowska, the Poles finishing the day with an accumulated score of 610.7 points in 4th overall and 30.9 points ahead of the no9 Lancia of Andrzej Banas and Rafal Chronowski (641.6).

The final of the 2021 FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies will be hosted by the Rally Poland Historic on the 11-14 November 2021, the tenth anniversary of this highly popular event.   

The Rally Poland Historic is based in the town of Wieliczka, close to the historic city of Krakow.  The rally will consist of 968.6km of open roads, with 32 regularity test sections (RT) covering a distance of 589.52km.  The Competition is divided into 4 legs and 5 sections where the competitors will aim to keep an average speed of 50 kph.
