Following last year’s event staged behind closed doors, the 2021 24 Hours of Le Mans, scheduled from August 21-22, is set to welcome fans.

The iconic race is one of the highlights of the calendar of FIA-regulated competitions and fourth round of this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship season.

Tickets are to go on sale at 10:00 CEST on Monday June 21, with attendance limited to approximately 50,000, accounting for about 20% of the usual capacity of the event.

Scrutineering and test day, held respectively on Saturday and Sunday the previous weekend, will not be open to public.

The gates will open on Wednesday August 18, ahead of the first free practice sessions of the event, with several campsites and car parks available.

Spectators will be required to present the health passports introduced by the French government. The exact restrictions remain subject to government’s decisions.

In the event of a government-enforced cancellation or another event held behind closed doors, the ACO will provide a refund for all purchased tickets.
