To date, events that were due to take place in the first half of 2020 have been either postponed or cancelled.

Unlike the major Championships, the FIA Historic competitions are governed mainly by ASNs and Organisers, whose driving forces are essentially volunteers. The competitions are therefore subject to decisions taken by the individual ASN and Organising Committee for each event. The Commission and the FIA are in close contact with them to keep up to date with the latest developments, and to ensure they are ready to make the most informed and appropriate plans for the remainder of the season, including preparations for a potentially revised and reduced calendar and event format.
