The Emirate Motorsport Organisation (EMSO) has launched an FIA backed scheme to help mobility clubs in Oman, Libya, Palestine, Sudan, and Egypt to provide mobility services to digital consumers.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem in his capacity as Chairman of the Arab Council for Touring and Automobile Clubs has launched an FIA backed scheme to help mobility clubs in Oman, Libya, Palestine, Sudan, and Egypt to provide mobility services to digital consumers. The scheme involves building what is termed a “white label" website for these clubs to reach millions of mobility service users.

“We in the UAE have witnessed a massive growth in customers seeking services online in recent years and we are pleased to be able to share our knowledge with fellow FIA clubs," said Mohammed Ben Sulayem.

EMSO will project manage the scheme over the next eight weeks with a launch planned in June hopefully for a post COVID-19 market environment which should see a surge in demand in particular for Travel Services.

The five country's websites will all provide club and information in addition to the delivery of International Driving Permit (IDL) application forms and Carnet de Passage (CPD) information.
