Dear Delegates,
Special rates have been negotiated for you with the three hotels listed below. Rates are per room per night, single/double occupancy, including breakfast and Internet access. Please note that all rates include taxes.
The FIA is not responsible for any direct payments to hotels. It is suggested that you book your hotel as soon as possible because room availability cannot be guaranteed from 1st of October 2014.
How to proceed to book your stay and benefit from the special negotiated rates?

Register for the FIA Annual General Assembly by filling in the form (check-in / check-out dates)
- Once your registration has been done, you will receive confirmation by e-mail and the FIA Travel Services will contact you to help you to book your room in the partner hotels.

Caroline Astor Suite - 3,000 QR per night with breakfast
John Jacob Suite - 3,950 QR per night with breakfast
Empire Suite - 8,500 QR per night with breakfast
