At this year’s FIA Spring Meeting, the FIA University continued its engagement with clubs by delivering a master class for the Arab Council of Touring & Automobile Clubs (ACTAC), as well as committing to a three year training programme for the clubs of FIA Region II.

ACTAC Leading with Impact

The FIA University delivered a master class on “Leading with Impact”, a management workshop targeted at Club Presidents and delegates from the ACTAC present at the Spring Meeting in Tunis.

Twenty participants successfully completed the session and evaluated both the content and delivery as very positive and insightful, helping them improve their leadership skills.

The workshop was jointly organised by ACTAC and the FIA University, and was delivered in Arabic by Hassan Chaker, from the Lebanese American University (LAU).

Hassan has worked with many organisations throughout the Middle East providing business people with the knowledge, skills and leadership strategies they need to succeed and make the most of themselves in today's fast-changing world.

FIA Region II Club Development Programme

Region II of the FIA commissioned the FIA University to prepare a three year programme for the development of Region II Clubs. The programme objective is to achieve sustainable growth in clubs’ membership base and increasing the perceived value of their services through the development of action plans. The first module is scheduled for October 2015.
