Launched in November last year, and supported by the FIA Innovation Fund (FIF), the FIA Pure Motorsport magazine sheds the light on the broad and diverse world of FIA competitions, varying from grassroots competitions for the youngest ones to niche forms of motor sport.

The goal of the initiative is to generate media exposure for the underleveraged FIA competitions and showcase their unique and fascinating stories to a wider public.

So far, five episodes of a mini-series, titled FIA Pure Motorsport – The Restart, have been produced to show what has been done to get the competitions to restart.

Episodes dedicated to the Formula Regional European Championship certified by FIA, the FIA European Truck Racing Championship, the FIA Karting Championship, the FIA European Rally Trophy, and the FIA African Rally Championship formed the first season.

All the content has been promoted on FIA social media channels but also pitched to various broadcasters.

Looking forward, the first full 26-minute show of FIA Pure Motorsport is planned to be produced in April. Further content will introduce a “what is” element, showcasing interesting features that make up each of the presented disciplines, both on track and behind the scenes.
