WTCC drivers support the #3500LIVES campaign at FIA WTCC Race of Morocco
Yesterday, the FIA World Touring Car Championship drivers and official safety car driver Bruno Correia assembled on the grid ahead of FIA WTCC Race of Morocco to show their support to the new #3500LIVES road safety campaign
This campaign, launched by the FIA in partnership with world number one outdoor advertising company JCDecaux, aims to raise awareness on the number of people who die on the world's roads every day. Supported by famous ambassadors from sport, music and film industries, it encourages everyone to follow simple safety rules such as "Wear a helmet", "buckle up" or "never drink and drive" and to sign the FIA's Manifesto for Global Road Safety at fia.com.
A second family picture supporting the campaign was taken in front of a #3500LIVES graffiti, realised by street artist Ed Oner. The street art activity was organised by our Member Club: Mobilité Club Maroc (MCM).
