2012 WOMEN’S FORUM GLOBAL MEETING

Michèle Mouton, President of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission, has been invited to join a host of business leaders to speak at the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society which takes place between 10-12 October in Deauville, France.

The Women’s Forum Meetings aim to bring together leaders from all over the world - men and women - in order to give new perspectives to key issues both present and future. It is intended to create a powerful global network in order to strengthen the influence of women throughout the world, to draw up innovative and concrete action plans to encourage women’s contribution to society, and promote diversity in the business world.

This year’s Women’s Forum entitled ‘Wanted: 360° Growth’  will see some of the world’s most innovative and talented women across many mediums speak on key issues. Roundtable discussions, lively debate, workshops and education sessions on personal and professional growth will also feature during the three-day Forum in which nearly 300 globally recognised professionals have been invited to speak.

Michèle Mouton, the 1982 FIA Vice World Rally Champion and President of the FIA’s Women in Motorsport Commission, will speak on the democratisation of women in motor sport on Thursday 11 October at 15:00 hrs within the Inspire section supported by the Renault-Nissan Alliance.
