You will find on this page all the information dedicated to the registration for the FIA Sport Conference Week.

HOW TO REGISTER

All delegates are kindly requested to register for meetings and social events using our online registration system.

1. Register by clicking on the following link: REGISTRATION

2. Enter a Login (your e-mail address). Please note that 1 e-mail represents 1 registration. You will not be able to use the same e-mail for several registrations.

3. Enter a Password (of your choice or the one that you have already used to the FIA Annual General Assembly registration).

4. Fill in the form.

5. You will receive by return a summary of your registration request which will be subject to FIA confirmation.

6. Within 48 hours, you will receive an official e-mail confirmation for your attendance, including the exclusive hotel booking and Pre/Post Excursions links.

We strongly suggest that you register online for the event as soon as possible and reserve your hotel room as soon as you receive e-mail confirmation.
 Please note that you are allowed to register only if you have received an official FIA invitation. The registration will close on Monday 10th of June 2013. No registration will be accepted after this date.

 

REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT
Conference fees (tax inclusive)

Fee per ASN's delegate* for taking part to the Sport Conference Week: 280€
Special fee for the spouses: 180€ (lunch, coffee break, diner - there is no spouse programme).

*IMPORTANT: each ASN which will attend the full programme with more than 1 delegate will be granted a special discount of 60€ per additional delegate. The reimbursement will be made post event on the same account of the registration payment and will be based on the official registered list.

The FIA Sport Conference Week fees must be paid by bank transfer within the next 7 working days following your registration to the following account:

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR REGISTRATION PROFILE
Your registration profile may be modified or updated by clicking on Registration:
1. Enter your LOGIN (the e-mail address you used to register)
2. Enter your PASSWORD (the password you created to register)

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION and request your reimbursement:
Cancellation will be available via direct contact with FIA accounting department.

  • Any registration cancellation before 10 days, of the event the registration will be refundable.
  • Any registration cancellation after 10 days of the event the registration fee will be not refundable.
