Special rates have been negotiated with the three hotels listed below. Rates are per room per night, single/double occupancy, including breakfast and Internet access. Your hotel and room choice are subject to availability.

The FIA will not be responsible for any hotel reservation or payment problem.

For organisational reasons, we strongly suggest that you register online for the event as soon as possible and reserve your hotel as soon as you receive confirmation; we will not be able to ensure any hotel rooms in the selected hotels after 15 April 2013.

2. Once your registration has been completed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. This will provide the links to the FIA event selected hotels. Hotel reservations must be made through these links.

TRANSFER TO GOODWOOD

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, the FIA has negotiated special transfer rates with Starline Minicabs Company, that will ensure a direct transport from the various stations listed below to your hotel at Goodwood.

FIA Special transfer rates per vehicle (without VAT):

• From London Eurostar: £125 + £10 congestion charge if applicable
• From Heathrow Airport: £69 + car park charges*
• From Gatwick Airport: £57 + car park charges*
• From Southampton Airport: £45 + car park charges*
• From Central London: £125 + congestion charge if applicable

The prices are for up to 4 passengers in a car as long as they are all arrinving into one station on one flight/train.
*car park charges vary between 2 and 5 pounds.

How to access those FIA special transfer rates
Once you will have registered for the FIA Sport Conference Week 2013, within 48 hours, you will receive an official e-mail confirmation for your attendance, including the exclusive hotel, flight, and transfer booking links.

Shuttles in Goodwood
The FIA is delighted to offer to the FIA Delegates a shuttle service that commutes from the 3 official partner hotels selected for the event to/from the Conference Venue “Goodwood House”, available from 25.06 to 28.06.2013.
