Ms Fabrizia PONS, ITALY

Between 1971 and 1975 Fabrizia participated in motocross races in the categories Cadets 50cc, 125cc, 250cc and Juniors 250cc

1976-2009 rally driver and then a professional co-driver, contesting a total of 227 rallies, 89 of them in the FIA World Rally Championship

From 2001 she was an instructor for the Federation Rally School in Rome

2001-2005 fulfilling the role of drivers’ representative in the Italian Federation of Motor Sports, and athletes’ representative in the Italian National Olympic Committee

In 2006 assistant to the New Zealand National Olympic Committee in Turin for the 2006 Olympic Games

In 2008 Fabrizia helped organize Euritmica (European Championship of Rhythmical Gymnastic) and the “Trofeo della Mole”, a tennis competition for wheel-chair athletes

Currently she is the director of the “Fabrizia Pons Rally Academy”, a rally school for co-drivers
